Coffee Education


Whether you're interested in classes or workshops, or just want to learn a little bit about the industry, we want you to be informed and confident in your coffee. At Prosum, we know not just what is in our cup, but what it takes to bring it to us!  This confidence and passion comes from traveling directly to the source.  We visit the pickers and mills watching their process and tasting their work at origin. We follow our beans to the warehouses, across the seas, and all the way to our bean room here in Albuquerque.  At each step, we learn more about the bean and the best way to roast it.
